These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and use of facilities at Shulank Happy Farms, including both Renugopal Farm Villa and Shulank Happy Farm Villa. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following terms:
Booking is confirmed only upon 50% advance payment.
Balance amount must be paid before or at check-in.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment.
Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (next day)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
All guests must carry and present a valid government ID at check-in.
Maximum guest capacity per villa is subject to the package selected.
Extra guests beyond declared count will be chargeable and must be informed in advance.
Children under 5 years stay free (no extra bed).
Kids between 6–12 years are charged at discounted child rates.
Khaat beds or tents are available for extra sleeping arrangements.
Guests can opt for farm-fresh thali meals or à la carte.
A live kitchen and self-cooking setup is available for guest use.
Outside food is permitted but must be managed responsibly.
Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM to maintain farm peace.
Portable speakers can be used responsibly in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed by default, but may be permitted on prior request with specific approval.
Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect for the natural surroundings.
Any damage to property, furniture, or amenities will be chargeable.
Use dustbins and avoid littering open areas or farms.
Children must be supervised, especially near the pool and livestock.
Swimming is allowed only during pool hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
No diving, jumping, or running near the pool area.
The farm is not responsible for lost personal items or injuries caused by guest negligence.
100% refund for cancellations made 5+ days before check-in
50% refund if cancelled 3–5 days prior
10% refund for cancellations less than 2 days before check-in
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
Personal photography and videography is allowed.
Any commercial shoots (pre-wedding, brand, etc.) must be approved in advance and may incur charges.
