At Shulank Happy Farms, we take pride in offering personalized stays, curated farm experiences, and private villa bookings. Since our bookings are confirmed and blocked specifically for you, we follow a strict no-refund policy under most circumstances.

Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

❌ General Refund Policy

• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

• Once an advance payment is made, it is considered a commitment to reserve the villa exclusively for your stay.

• No refunds will be issued in case of no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or change of mind.

💸 Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases, and are subject to approval:

1. Cancellation made at least 5 days before check-in:
   Eligible for 100% refund of the advance amount.

2. Cancellation between 3 to 5 days before check-in:
   Eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Cancellation less than 2 days before check-in:
   No refund will be processed.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

⚠️ Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, or any situation beyond our control, we may offer a rescheduling option subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued in such cases unless explicitly approved by management.
